Racing Awareness For the National Autistic Society is an annual event run by James “Monty” Montgomery to raise much-needed funds for the National Autistic Society.

Only 29% of autistic people living in the United Kingdom are currently in employment. There has, fortunately, been an increase in the number of Autistic people completing their education and earning degrees and whilst there is ample support in educational institutions, this doesn’t always transfer over to the working world

Racing Awareness For helps not only raises funds, but also aims to help businesses and Neurotypical people better understand the condition and make adjustments to better support Neurodiversity and build further inclusivity in the working environment.
